In an intervention to Channel "Al-Oula", Hind said, "She applied to work as a driver of metro trains after the company responsible for operating the third line of the subway, through its official website, announced its need for metro train drivers, and conducted intelligence and emotional stability tests, and then started with periods of training and theoretical and practical study, which were interspersed with elimination exams."


She added that the continuous training made job applicants fully prepared for any emergency situation that may occur, and to deal with severe congestion on the sidewalks of metro stations with caution, stressing that driving the metro train is not easy and does not depend only on the automated system as some believe, but working inside the command room, requires great concentration and care, in addition to dealing with malfunctions professionally and quickly until the arrival of technical support, in addition to following up on the condition of passengers through monitoring screens.


She pointed out that everyone should believe in their abilities and capabilities and not pay attention to the negative opinions around them, pointing out that her family was one of her biggest supporters, in addition to the continuous support and motivation from the company responsible for operating the metro and the speed of solving any problem that may face the work team.


Hind explained that she works on the third line of the metro, in the morning periods, which reach 8 hours a day, and may sometimes work in the evening periods if necessary.
It is noteworthy that Mrs. Intisar El-Sisi, wife of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, honored a number of honorable female models during the celebration of Egyptian Women's Day.
