1- Purchase a student subscription form from the nearest ticket or subscription office.

2- Fill out the form and attach 2 recent personal photos 4 * 6 with a white background.

3- The form is approved by the student's entity (the university, in the case of a university student) or (the school and the educational administration together, in the case of a school student)

Illustrative Model of Student Stamps

Colleges

1. The "Eagle Seal" (official stamp) specific to Student Affairs must include the phrase "Student and Educational Affairs" within the stamp.
2. In the case where the college's Eagle Seal does not include the phrase "Student and Educational Affairs", the form must also be stamped with a separate stamp specific to Student Affairs for the academic year in which the student is enrolled.

Schools

The form must be stamped by both the school and the educational administration.

1. If the school has an Eagle Seal, the form must be stamped with:
   • 3 stamps from the school
   • 1 stamp from the educational administration it falls under.
2. If the school does not have an Eagle Seal:
   • The form must be stamped with 3 stamps from the school
   • Plus Eagle Seals from the educational administration.

Additionally, the form must include an oval stamp indicating the educational stage (Primary or Preparatory).

Nursing Schools

• The form must be stamped by the school.
• Plus 3 Eagle Seals from the Ministry of Health.
• In addition, a specific phrase must be included indicating that the student is enrolled in the institute, and that the institute is affiliated with the Ministry of Health.
• This phrase must be officially approved (stamped) by both entities (school and Ministry of Health).

4- Submit the form to the nearest subscription office* with the following:

5- Bring a copy of the national ID card, which must be valid and show the student's residential address, or a copy of the birth certificate + a copy of the national ID card of the guardian for those under the age, showing the residential address. The subscription is made from the place of residence recorded on the personal card to the place of study only.

* In case of applying with an address different from the one stated on the card, a recent utility bill (3 months old at most) for the new address must be brought and in the name of the guardian. 6- A copy of the tuition receipt for the academic year or a copy of the college ID card for the academic year must be brought.
