The third line of the metro and the light rail provide sign language to serve the hearing impaired

In conjunction with the celebrations of World Sign Language Day, the French company responsible for the management and operation of the third green line of the metro and the LRT metro has provided a sign language service to support all categories of passengers.
Sign language has been in operation for several months, as employees of determination who are hearing impaired have been appointed for the first time inside the capital's train stations to deal with sign language within the work team, with the aim of facilitating communication with the deaf and hard of hearing category, under the directives of the Ministry of Transport and under the supervision of the National Authority for Tunnels.
These staff work to provide the necessary support to the passengers of the Capital Train who use sign language, by helping them to obtain all the information such as ticket prices and the correct way to reach the station, which contributes to facilitating their use of public transport and ensuring a comfortable and independent experience.
